Oxalis Adventure specializes in once-in-a-lifetime tours that are incomparable to anything else in the world, offering thrilling journeys through wild river caves, dense jungles, and remote landscapes. Oxalis Adventure is 100% locally owned and provides employment for hundreds of tour guides and porters in one of Vietnam's poorest provinces. They work closely with caving experts from The British Vietnam Caving Expedition Team to ensure that they meet international standards of safety and safeguard the integrity of the caves. Oxalis Adventure is one of the very few travel companies operating under the B2C model in Vietnam, organizing tours for about 12-15 thousand travelers every year, of which 90% are international travelers and 10% are domestic travelers.
Oxalis offers world-renowned tourism products such as Hang Son Doong, Hang Ba, Tu Lan, Hang En, Hang Va, Hang Tien, and unique accommodation services such as Chay Lap Farmstay, Tu Lan Lodge, Blue Diamond Retreat, Kattien Ranger Patrol and more. Scope & detailed responsibilities
We are looking for adventure travel consultants who have a passion for adventure tourism to provide the best experiences for our guests. The details of the position are below.
- Actively promote and sell adventure tours to individual and group customers.
Generate leads through personal networks, referrals and social media channels (instagram, facebook,tiktok…)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos) to attract and convert leads
- Providing information and advice on the tours, destinations, activities, accommodations, and safety measures offered by Oxalis Adventure.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of the customers and recommending suitable tours or customizing tours according to their requests.
- Coordinating with other departments such as operations, marketing, and accounting to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and databases.
- Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Keeping up to date with the travel trends and developments in the adventure tourism industry.

- Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle services
- Strong personal network or ability to build one quickly
- Active presence on social media platforms with good engagement skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Passion for travel and adventure experiences
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing/content creation is a plus
