Assistant To Brand Technician/ Technical Designer Footwear

* Main Purpose of the Role
- To support our brand technician in daily technical and organisational tasks, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge transfer between the technical team and Vietnamese pattern makers. The position combines technical assistance, translation, and process coordination.
* Key Responsibilities
- Support brand technician in his daily technical work and project follow-ups.
- Translate and explain technical instructions from English to Vietnamese to ensure clear understanding among the pattern makers and production team.
- Assist in preparing and organizing samples, materials, and documentation for ongoing developments.
- Gradually take over technical and coordination responsibilities as knowledge and experience grow.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for communication between brand technician and the local teams.
- Help implement new procedures and technical improvements introduced by brand technician.

* Requirements
- Background in footwear production or pattern making.
- Good understanding of shoe construction and technical processes.
- Good English communication skills (oral and written).
- Willingness to learn and to adopt new methods and procedures.
- Reliable, motivated, and open-minded personality with good teamwork and communication skills.
* Development Perspective
- The role will initially focus on supporting and assisting our brand technician in daily tasks. With time, depending on the candidate’s motivation and performance, responsibilities can grow towards independent handling of technical topics and coordination tasks.
