- To learn and understands very well all services/facilities/promotions offered to guests by Hotel and provides guests with concise information (a complete and thorough knowledge of all Hotel Outlets, with their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide). - Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. - All duties and tasks performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and consistently in order to ensure all the services delivered are as the top services. - Manage, record and resolve promptly Guest Issues. - To perform and encourage the personalized services culture within the team. - To attend promptly to guests’ inquiries and assists in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner. - To ensure related Guest Relations Reports are updated properly with precise information. - To make sure Guest Relations Tasks are completed daily. - Report to Guest Experience Supervisor.
