Our client is aforeign-invested company, now looking for a IE Manager (Jean, 1700$, ID 18291): Analyze factory and sewing line productivity; estimate capacity for new styles based on sketches or samples. Provide labor cost (CMT) and productivity estimates to the business team. Monitor monthly KPI trends, benchmark performance, and ensure data-driven control. Simplify styles and improve methods post-order confirmation to reduce labor cost and maintain margin. Prepare and approve Operation Bulletins (OB), line layouts, and consumption charts for production planning. Optimize manpower planning across departments and coordinate with Planning, HR, and Factory teams for capacity, training, and production scheduling. Audit factory lines to ensure compliance with OB displays and layouts. Supervise IE and Jr. IE activities across units; review and approve incentive reports.
