Design and optimize process routes for solid wood products (log cutting, drying, machining, painting, packaging) and upholstered products (cutting, sewing, upholstering, filling). Conduct process trials and technical validation for new materials, new processes, and new equipment. Lead process improvement projects and resolve process-related technical issues during production. 2. Process Standardization & Management
Develop and improve process specifications, work instructions, and process parameter standards. Establish and maintain process standard databases to ensure accuracy and timely updates of process documentation. Monitor implementation of process standards to ensure process stability and consistency. 3. Production Technical Support
Provide on-site process technical support to production departments and promptly resolve process abnormalities. Participate in new product trial runs and production ramp-up; develop trial process plans and track validation. Analyze process data from production, propose improvement actions, and drive implementation. 4. Quality & Cost Control
Improve product quality stability through process optimization and reduce defect rates. Optimize material utilization plans to improve solid wood yield and upholstery material utilization. Participate in production cost analysis and propose cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives from a process perspective. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with R&D teams during new product design reviews and provide manufacturability recommendations. Work with Equipment/Maintenance teams on new equipment selection and process commissioning. Coordinate with Quality teams to establish process quality control points and inspection standards.

Qualifications
1. Education Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Furniture Design & Manufacturing, Wood Science & Engineering, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or related fields. 2. Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. Experience in both solid wood furniture and upholstered furniture processes is preferred. Lean manufacturing background or participation in process improvement projects is a plus. 3. Professional Skills
Proficient in CAD/CAM software and standard office software. Strong process data analysis and problem-solving capability. Knowledge of furniture industry quality standards and testing methods. Good English reading and writing skills; able to read technical documentation in English. 4. Personal Attributes
Rigorous, detail-oriented, with strong attention to process details. Strong learning ability and innovation mindset. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Able to adapt to a shop-floor manufacturing environment.
