Logistics Officer

Purpose of Job:
- Report and update on the exactly situation of shipment to leader and Manager
- Track the export of goods for each order of branch (WM, Tommy, triumph, VS)
- Responsible for the procedures for export shipments on time
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of the supply chain department

Main Duties:
- Get detailed information about the weight, and size of each item and port of loading/departure, ETD/ETA for each shipment of each branch for shipping on time branch (WM, Tommy, triumph, VS)
- Following the plan, collect info on the order information
- Issue invoices on systems of factory and customers
- Print report of delivery plan for each shipment. (WM, Tommy, triumph, VS)
- Based on the report to prepare full documents (factory system, forwarder system, customer system) for make bookings and submit customs, certificates of origin of goods
- Based on the ETD/ETA notice customer received cargo on time
- Input information on the customer’s system, send an original bill, COO to the customer before ETA of the vessel.
- Ensuring the shipping of orders is on schedule, on the right goods, in the right process and law.
- Report all shipments every month to the customer and Head of department.
- Making requests for local charge payment for FWDs.

Level of Using Foreign language: Basic
Computer knowledge: Good
