Merchandise Manager (Trưởng Bộ Phận Kinh Doanh)

1) Negotiating with customer to discus the order details, price negotiations based company given guide lines
2) Effective communication with Head office in HK/China for sampling, order placement, capacities ..etc
2) Management of Vietnam merchandising team, who follow the process from Sales contract to delivery
3) Train and develop new merchants in Vietnam team
4) Compressive knowledge to work and train the merchants in ERP systems
5) Establish new SOP for any process which is not effective and monitor for improvements
7) Effective coordination with customers, local subcontracts, and finding new partners to work.
8) Focus of new local business to allocate orders in low season
9) Any other jobs assigned by senior management to make sure smooth operations of merchandising department
