- Responsible for Depot P&L by achieving financial KPIs including budget of sales, profits, cost, shrinkage, stock level (stock value, stock availability, aging etc.) - To be responsible for the security of employees, customers, stock and other company assets - Managing overall Depot Operations, ensure all execution following company SOP including training, coaching and monitoring. - Build up the team and develop people - Solve problems and manage team to satisfy customers to achieve on time delivery, availability, service quality by cooperating with third party - To develop/grow the market of the depot catchment area that link with the company strategy - To manage cost and resources effectively and efficiently in order to achieved EBIT target * Key Result Areas: - Growth Market share - Gain customer satisfaction - Achieve Depot PnL target in EBIT - Effective delivery KPI controlling system
