Communicating with B2B/DIRECT clients, meeting their demands and requirements via social network (such as Whatsapp, etc), emails or phone Providing consultation to clients while staying updated on market trends and upcoming travel products Gathering promotional materials and offering clients additional insights on destinations and services to enhance sales performance Negotiating and closing contracts: Engage in discussions with clients or partners to finalize tour agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction on pricing and service terms. Coordinating with the operation team: Work closely with the operations department to ensure all services (accommodation, transport, guides, meals, etc.) are booked and delivered smoothly according to the tour plan. Learning and staying updated: Continuously improve professional knowledge by attending training sessions, researching market trends, and keeping up with new destinations and services. Actively developing skills and performance based on received feedback
