Assist in managing the Packing Department to ensure efficient and timely packaging of apparel finished goods. Develop and implement packing methods & procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Coordinate with other departments, such as production, QA and logistics, to ensure smooth flow of goods from manufacturing to packaging. Supervise packing staff, guide and ensure them to follow internal defined or customers required packing methods & standards. Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of packaging materials. Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures to ensure safety working environment in the Department. Collaborate with QA to conduct inspections and audits of packed products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Diploma or above in manufacturing, operations, warehouse management or related disciplines. 3 years related working experience in garment, shoes or bags manufacturing company. Experience and knowledge in packaging materials would be an advantage. Able to record & write packaging workflows & standards. Good knowledge in MS office skills. Communicative in both written and spoken English. Organized, detail-minded, teamwork.
