Product Manager

- User requirements gathering and business process analysis;
- Writing functional specifications for new product modules and feature enhancements;
- Write and maintain software product specification;
- Management of the project lifecycle from requirements through release;
- Support Product director of HQ to implement product requirements management;
- Cooperation with software development team and QA team to implement product development;
- Conduct product requirements training;
- Align product and project details with international stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree, major in Computer Science or related fields. Work experience of at least 1 years in software requirements;
- Strong technical skills/experience with web-based products;
- Proficient with database technology/SQL language, be able to read complex SQL script
- Superior analytical skills;
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently;
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills;
- Product requirements and specifications can be written entirely in English;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access);
- Self-motivated, team player and fast learner.
* 8 Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Analyze, software development experience would be preferred;
- Project experience in the following fields (preferred): E-HR solution, HRMIS;
- HR domain expertise a plus.
- Preferred experience on Tableau.
