Manager – Production & QC

15% – Set up and manage factory QA systems with production/tech teams.

15% – Oversee quality of materials, production process, and finished goods (incl. mildew prevention).

10% – Ensure product quality through tollgates and final inspection.

10% – Monitor production schedules to secure on-time delivery.

10% – Drive quality & productivity improvement programs (QA, QC, Lean, etc.).

5% – Manage material testing and restricted substances compliance.

5% – Support ESC program compliance.

5% – Monitor product security standards.

15% – Manage, supervise, and develop QA staff.

10% – Handle special tasks assigned by superiors.

In short: The Manager ensures quality integrity, compliance, and timely delivery of footwear products, while leading his team, coordinating with factories, and driving continuous improvements.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)

Education & Certification:
- At least 4 years college education or Graduate of a Footwear Technical Course
- Good verbal and written English communication skill.
- Computer literate
Experience & Skills:

- 8 to 10 years working experience in a reputable footwear company in either production, commercialization,
development, or quality control.
- 3 to 5 years working as Production/ QC Manager in Footwear sector
-Comprehensive knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.
-Good product eye and good abstract and colour recognition.
-Must have high moral integrity (non-corruptible)
-Thorough experience of footwear quality inspection
