Train and develop the production workforce to meet technical and operational requirements. Implement and monitor compliance with company procedures and regulations. Manage and allocate manpower effectively to align with production objectives. Organize pre-production meetings, sample sewing, and technical documentation deployment. Welcome and coordinate with partners/customers during their visits to the factory.
