Purchasing Executive

Conduct materials planning on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Update bill of materials (BOM) in coordination with Production to ensure planning accuracy.
Calculate purchasing requirements, determine order quantities, and define appropriate ordering timing to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Monitor raw material inventory, incoming shipments, and adjust purchasing plans in line with production changes or the latest forecasts.
Execute purchase orders according to the approved material plan.
Track supplier delivery schedules, proactively identify potential delay risks, and propose mitigation solutions.
Evaluate and optimize safety stock levels for different material categories.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Workshop, QC, and related departments to ensure material availability for manufacturing.
Maintain and update material, supplier, and order status data in the ERP/MRP system.
Prepare periodic reports on material planning, inventory levels, and supply performance for management review

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment (garment industry preferred).
Solid understanding of production processes, material consumption standards (BOM), and supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Bravo, etc.) is an advantage.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under high pressure
