Manage sales performance for the retail channel across the Central region. Drive the expansion and enhancement of distribution networks within the assigned territory. Support the development and market penetration of product lines in the Central region. Coordinate with internal departments including finance, logistics, legal, supply chain, and related functions to ensure smooth business operations and issue resolution. Report business performance and provide recommendations on commercial plans and development strategies to management. Maintain communication and cooperation with customers and business partners regarding sales and market development activities. Work closely with suppliers and regional teams to exchange market updates, business direction, operational coordination, and resolve arising matters. Supervise and manage the assigned sales team. Process orders within the approved pricing framework.

Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 10 years of experience in the fertilizer sector. Strong understanding of market dynamics, product knowledge, and fertilizer industry network development. Experience in leading and coaching sales team. Previous experience in FMCG/Agriculture multinationals is considered an advantage. Data-driven mindset & business planning. Good negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
