Senior Back-End Engineer (Java + ReactJS)

• Lead BE/FE team, manage delivery timeline & quality.

• Design system architecture (microservices, distributed systems).

• Contribute to backend development (Java) and support FE (ReactJS when needed).

• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, work with stakeholders.

• 5+ years of backend experience, with team lead/supervisory experience.

• Strong in Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle).

• Solid understanding of microservices & distributed systems.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

• Experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis).

• Able to read/understand ReactJS.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Good English communication.
